Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Items are brand new- never worn comes in packaging. If you have an issue or concern, please email us at goodstewardapparel@gmail.com. Items can take up to 15 days upon delivery after ordering. Please allow up to 20 days before contacting us in case of shipping issues globally or in certain areas. Please expect an email with tracking information based on your address provided. If you have an issue please email us at goodstewardapparel@gmail.com. Most items are custom made and can take up to 5-7 business days to make depending on complexity.
If you need a rush on your please contact us and let us know. Extra fees may apply. We are a global company with partners all around the globe. Our headquarters is in Durham, NC. Therefore, your package or packages may come from overseas such as Asia, Europe, or Russia. If you ordered multiple items, some may come from different locations according to availability and production, but you will not be charged any extra shipping charges and shipping is still subject to same delivery time.
We source our products from many different countries including Asia and Russia. Please note you will receive emails from goodstewardapparel@gmail.com to confirm shipping your shipping address. If you receive an international tracking number please, do not be alarmed, it is a package from Good Steward Apparel and Good Steward Apparel Brands and it is still the custom made, high quality products we provide.
Due to local reasons in US or global issues, the transit time and delivery scope of express service may be affected to a certain extent. It may cause potential pickup delay and package loss/damage, delay and other risks in the last mile delivery. Please pay close attention to shipping and tracking info. Notify us of any concerns.
